Returns for Refund
If your garment has a structural fault or issue upon delivery (e.g., stitching faults, sizing inconsistencies, or defects in the fabric), you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.To initiate a return, please contact us at gugubygugu@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the garment.
Repairs After 7 Days
After the 7-day return window has passed, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience an issue caused by a production fault on our side, we are happy to repair the garment for you at no cost.Please note that repairs are only offered for issues resulting from our production process. We do not take responsibility for damage caused by improper care, wear and tear, or mishandling by the customer.
